The Complete Epic: 1902-1959
The photo above is a box set of the Complete Epic. The Complete Epic is the Godfather Part 1 and 2, but in chronological order by years. In addtion, the Complete Epic is carefully edited into three tapes. I read in a TV Guide from 1977 that Coppola released a version of the Epic called The Godfather: A Novel For Television in 1977 to NBC. However the actual Epic was released in 1981 exclusively for home video. Footage not seen theatrically is restored and is included in the Complete Epic.
The Complete Epic begins with boy Vito's early life and ends with Michael as the Don looking back on his life before he became the horrible man he currently is. The Complete Epic is a very rare collection of videos. It runs for at least seventy or eighty dollars due to its age and rarety. If you are in need of the Complete Epic, go to eBay...they should have some auctions somewhere with the Complete Epic. If you should get the chance to view it, take advantage of that chance because you may never get that opportunity again.
